About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Coronary Care Unit (CCU)

(as a service user),

I’m writing to praise the staff in CCU, RAH who looked after my friend, his mum and his family in the last 2 weeks of his life. Staff in CCU were caring and compassionate. Nothing was a bother. The Staff Nurse sat and held my friends mothers hand despite the ward being busy. We will never forget how amazing the staff were.

I was sorry to hear of the passing of your friend. Please accept our sincere condolences in this sad time.

I was glad to hear the care and treatment your friend received in their final days was of a high standard and the staff showed compassion and empathy throughout.

I have passed on your thanks to the staff involved who have asked me to thank you for your kind words. This really means a lot to the staff.
