About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose & Throat / Audiology

(as a service user),

I was seen by gp/gmeds for the 3rd time in 3 week’s following swallowing issues and suspected tonsillitis.

I was then referred to Ear Nose Throat (ENT) today and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after - especially on such a busy day of the year and a day I am sure they would rather have spent with their families.

Nothing was a bother and I went home feeling so much better after a small procedure!
