About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Elective Overnight Stay Centre/Gynaecology Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in Daisy Hill for 5 weeks now. I’m waiting on a care package being set up. But everyone so far have been amazing. They have been so good to me. The staff are incredible. I have so many names to mention, especially Karen, Jenny, Julia, Sarah, Megan and Simona. But I could honestly name them all. I have been looked after so well.

The ward is absolutely brilliant. It’s warm and clean, that’s all you could wish for.

The food is lovely. It’s a great menu. My dinner is always beautiful.

I couldn’t fault Daisy Hill at all.

They have made it a very easy experience for me.

I am sorry that your discharge plan has been delayed for so long unfortunately there are delays in the system with allocation of care packages.
