"Anytime I ring the buzzer for help they are quick to respond"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been on the ward for 5 days the staff are all very nice I haven’t had any problems, there doing the best they can at the minute since it’s very busy but anytime I ring the buzzer for help they are  quick to respond. The communication hasn’t been an issue I get many updates from both the doctors and the nurses which is very helpful. The food has been alright, I think the portion sizes are a bit small they don’t keep you that full for long but the food itself is okay. Anytime I have used the facilities they have been cleaned really well, and the bay I am in is cleaned regularly.
