About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Elective Overnight Stay Centre/Gynaecology Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Female surgical is great.  We have our own space is nice. The food is okay I really like the variety of the soup. It does not bother me that the wards are mixed as I know some people would be weird about it.

The staff are something else, they have to have great will power to do this job. They are a great bunch of people all of them. I feel as though they deserve the best. 

Female surgical is excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion. I am sorry that during your stay the ward was mixed gender, this only happens when the Emergency Department is under extreme pressures and we need to urgently facilitate admissions.
