Was let down by my GP surgery following a disappointing appointment with the mental health nurse, I felt they didn't listen to me and fobbed my concerns off as I was under addictions.
My named nurse organised an appointment quickly for me with Addictions services and the doctor was amazing. He listened to every concern I had and started me on medication which I feel will help.

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad Addiction Services were able to help. In the coming year we will be doing more work with general practice to realise MAT Standard 7.
