It’s been very good the staff are fantastic. The first thing our son said was “the staff are very nice”.

He has been very well looked after. We have noticed a big change in him since we came here. We have been in with him about 4 days now. He loved it when the nurses brought him Minecraft to play.

They are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble to them. And they never stop. They are flat out but always super helpful.

The ward is good lovely and clean but it would be nice to have some clean bedding in to freshen it up. That would be our only critic. Other than that we really couldn’t fault our stay at all.

We are just hoping to get out now for Christmas.

Firstly, I apologise that you were not offered fresh linen and I will ensure that this is shared with the team to ensure that this does not happen again. I am delighted to read that you and your son were so well looked after and supported throughout your stay.
