About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Elective Overnight Stay Centre/Gynaecology Ward Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I came up from A&E Last night and was admitted on to the female surgical ward. The nurse called Grace was a wee dote. So good to me. I can’t thank her enough! The staff on female surgical are amazing. Always in checking on me. The night staff got me tea and toast last night at 2am. I was delighted!

The food wouldn’t be the best.

Everything else has been great. I’m in a side room on my own it can be a little bit chilly, but I definitely appreciate the privacy in here.

Other than the food and the temperature I’m happy with my stay up here

I am sorry to hear that you not entirely satisfied with the meals provided, patient menus are reviewed regularly and feedback is taken into consideration as part of the review process. I will pass your comments on to the Catering Manager.
