I would like to express my thanks to the kind, efficient service of Dr Tan, Consultant Rheumatologist, alongside the radiographers and clerical staff.
After suffering with back pain worsening over the past year, I was referred to Dr Tan for review - I promptly received an appointment for an MRI Scan.
I received a letter and a phone call within 8 weeks of my MRI to explain my results, some of which was a little concerning.
Dr Tan explained carefully and clearly to me what the plan would be going forward.
I was sent for another scan, for which the appointment came quickly and Dr Tan called me with the results and some good news.
Feeling extremely lucky to have such a wonderful consultant who did his best to contact me with my results soon as he could.
Feeling very thankful for the NHS and the care that is given, especially in a time where there is huge demand on our NHS.
