About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as a service user),

A GP referred me to Talk Together for support with my anxiety which had led to a relapse of chronic fatigue. I was lucky to be placed with Annabelle who was friendly, organised  calm and professional.

 She gave me some great strategies for dealing with anxiety and it has been significantly reduced so hopefully I will gradually recover from the relapse in CFS (Chronic fatigue syndrome).
