"Rescheduling an appointment"

About: Royal Edinburgh Hospital / General Psychiatry

(as the patient),

I have been offered an appointment at the Cullen Centre (finally after a three month wait) and I need to cancel it as I have had to return to London for a funeral and for Christmas. I have tried to contact them to cancel and reschedule for a whole week and I am failing to get through. The phone always rings and I always leave a message but no calls have been returned.

I really need this appointment and I don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to get due to a lack of miscommunication. There is no email address for them anywhere either which is very stressful and certainly not helping my problems surrounding stress and eating.
