"A very helpful man in Triage at Kings College hospital"

I was bowled over by the kindness and compassion shown by Clive in Triage. I live in Sussex and was trying to find out about my brother, who was admitted into A&E from his care home after bouts of vomiting.

Of course, A&E is busy, so I phoned Triage and spoke to Clive. After asking appropriate data protection questions, he put me on hold and assured me that he would return with news. The manner and professionalism Clive showed was second to none. Thank you, Kings College, for employing special staff who really care.
