About: The Ulster Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

The staff have been astonishingly kind, careful and funny, all in equal measure. While being exceptionally busy,they never rush or panic.

Their level of organisation is incredible. They all remember my Christian name and call me by it. They recall conversations they have had with me as if I was a friend. They know what my progress is without checking. These ladies care. They laugh together. That cohesion is visible. What a team.
