I wasn't looking forward to a procedure due to previous trauma (unrelated to the this team). My level of anxiety was high upon entering the Endoscopy Unit.
Dr Montre, Julie and Becky were responsible for the procedure. Steph was in the Recovery Room. How grateful I am to have received such a high level of care. The team kept me calm and put me at ease during a difficult procedure. Not only were they superbly professional but they were such nice people. I can't praise them highly enough.
A huge thank you to Perth Royal Infirmary and the Endoscopy Unit team.
