I wish to apologise for the difficulties you experienced parking on the Daisy Hill Hospital site and the distress this caused you. The hospital site is extremely busy and the Trust recognises that parking can be challenging for service users, visitors and staff.

Thank you very much for providing your valuable feedback, especially in tile form! Very helpful! I apologise that it took a while for you to get parked and I know this has been raised previously however, due to the layout of the hospital and surrounding estate, it is difficult to increase parking capacity. Thank you also for highlighting the difficulty in finding our Paediatric Outpatient Department and fortunately, the Care Opinion Team have raised this with Estates to see if we can get appropriate signposts put in place.

I am pleased to hear that your experience was an overall positive one and I will be sure to share your kind feedback with the OPD Team.
