"My wife had a fall"

About: Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital / Out of hours service South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as a relative),

Rang 111 as the wife had fallen out of bed and hit her head on the bedside cabinet lost a fair amount of blood a clinician or nurse came out and she was brilliant cleaned the wound also my wife up and changed her nighty and put a clean duvet cover on for me was really chuffed with all the help she gave me and the wife as we are all but 80 we were really thankful was a very very nice person indeed
