"Psychology support during pregnancy and postpartum"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

Following our difficult journey to become pregnant I was given an antenatal diagnosis which meant we would need to be in hospital and my baby would require surgery immediately after birth. With so many unknown factors I had a lot of anxiety and stress leading up to his birth. I received sessions of CBT via Talk together Bromley psychology service.

They were kind and supportive and the session were extremely helpful in helping learn strategies to manage my worries. This made a significant difference during the most stressful time in my life, and I will go on using some of the strategies I have learnt in the future. Thank you to the brilliant psychologist for support me at this pivotal stage.
