My son had an appointment this morning and even though he couldn't get the answered he hoped for, he came out happy feeling that he had been listened to.

The gentleman we saw listened very patiently as my son spoke a million words per second, he acknowledged what he was saying and responded appropriately. He talked directly to my son and explained everything carefully to him.

Very impressed with the attention to detail and care. This gentleman made my son's experience a very positive one. Thank you.
