Dear Johrh43

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of visiting your mum in the Elderly Medicine Ward of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

It was lovely to hear how the staff took such good care of your mum while she was an inpatient in the ward providing her with guidance and advice throughout her journey.

I was also happy to hear you as a family were kept well informed throughout your mums stay and you felt the staff were approachable if you had any questions or issues.

I will pass on your feedback to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear your mum had such a pleasant stay while under their care.

Kind regards

Kevin
