Thank you for your feedback and the chance this gives the practice to improve our services.

I am very sorry that you received a car park fine after using the Creffield Medical Centre car park.

The cameras were installed in December 2021 to stop people using the car park that were not attending the surgery. This was a major problem for our patients who had trouble finding a car park space and were often late for appointments. Since the installation of the cameras, we have seen a dramatic improvement and patients can park easily when they come for their appointments. If you use the car park to attend the surgery, all we ask is that on each visit you enter your car registration number, if this is not done correctly there is an appeal process you can use with CPM (UK Car Park Management) details are available on the parking charge notice you have received, the surgery would be happy to show evidence of your appointment to help support your appeal. Using a car park management company is the only option we had to ensure that the car park is available to our patients when they need it most.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused to you but this was not our intent. We put this in place to offer our patients a better experience.
