"Our week in Paediatrics with our son"

(as a parent/guardian),

We spent 5 days in Wishaw Hospital with our one-year-old son, after a prolonged fever & respiratory problems.

Without fail, every staff member we encountered both within the ward & in the wider hospital was friendly, courteous & helpful.

It made a huge difference during a  frightening time for us, and I wanted to pass on my gratitude to all at NHS Lanarkshire for their care & compassion.

Thanks so much for getting in touch with us to give us some feedback - it really does mean a lot that you took the time out to send us this message - especially when I know how busy you'll be with a one year old!

You're comments are so lovely and I know the staff on Ward 19 and 20 will be over the moon that they were all able to make such a difference to you and your family. I'll make sure they get to read your comments and. I hope your son is on the mend and you are recovering too!
