"Gratitude and respect!"

I am overwhelmed with the wonderful care I received from walking into reception to leaving!

Having been a little concerned due to breast pain in both breasts and past breast problems, the care and advice I received was incredible!

The doctor was amazing and reassured me after my initial examination I had nothing to worry about! 

I was then sent for a mammogram almost straight away, the nurse was wonderful and explained that the results will be through straight away. 

I then waited to see the doctor again to discuss my results! The doctor then explained my symptoms and again reassured me that the results from my mammogram were fine! He was absolutely lovely, he advised me what to take for the pain, but more than anything he didn't treat me like a time waster for worrying about nothing, he totally agreed that I'd done the right thing, especially with my past experiences and having breast cancer in the family. This was the biggest thing I was worried about, wasting the doctor's time and worrying about nothing, but I was soon made to feel completely comfortable and understood!

Every single person at the Rose Clinic treated me with respect and were absolutely lovely, this made the whole experience so much easier!

I am forever grateful to you all, thank you so very much!
