I have worked with many of the services at Cornwall Partnership Foundation Trust over the years. 

Recently I have been working alongside the Epilepsy team to support a gentleman who experiences regular seizures. 

He was seizure free until a few years ago and we have been working together to try and achieve this again for him.

The support we have received from this team has been excellent. We have regular reviews every 3 months, there is support for him outside of this time if he needs it.

The Epilepsy team have supported us to come up with clear guidelines to help support this gentleman when he experiences seizures and any aftercare he may require.

It is lovely to hear about your positive experience around the support they have provided for this gentleman with regular reviews and working with the team to implement clear guidelines for when he has seizures in the future.
