"Course has been very beneficial"

About: Inclusion Isle of Wight

(as a service user),

Initially I found it difficult & worrying about what would happen with my medical information & also did not want to engage in groups due to privacy concerns.

I feel that Jim's intensive weekly course was very beneficial as it gave me regular support & goals, I also felt the extra support he offered at the end helped me to succeed and was necessary. My support worker has made me feel positive and given me some useful tools to abstain from my addictions.

Hi triangulumip65

Many thanks for taking some of your time to leave us some feedback, it really helps for us to hear how we are doing and also for anyone who is wishing to come and get some support from us as they can read feedback and have some idea of what to expect when coming to get support from us. We are an NHS service and any treatment with us is confidential and throughout the referral process this is all explained to support with any doubts or concerns. It’s nice to hear that your work with Jim went well and that treatment was everything you expected, I will share your feedback with the team and if you have any further questions or would like to get involved please don’t hesitate in contacting us,

We wish you well and thanks again from all of us @ Inclusion IOW.
