Recent visit to have a scan.wanted to know what they were scanning they were reluctant tosay what they were scanning.eventually they disclosed the scan area.this area was not what I was expecting to be scaned for.following consultant dicussions.staff were sharp when questioned.would not check to see if consultant request was correct.dont understand why staff are so ofhand with patients.perhaps we are a nuecence.whilst I am commenting parking fotr disabled nonexistant due to lack of organised space.

We understand that disabled parking permit holders are presently able to park, free of charge in any of the parking spaces and that UHSM do have over the nationally recommended number of disabled parking spaces.
