What I liked

I liked everything,

I have yet to be in a ward, but as an out patient we could not find a fault

What could be improved

tHospital staff. Great.

Appointments. Seen on time.

Telephones. Terrible.

I have waited for at least 20 minutes for an answer, and on numerous occasions been cut off, there is nothing more upsetting than a phone not being answered when you know there is someone in attendance,a system that tells you how long the wait would be, would be nice.
