I attended hospital for a simple bladder opaeration. I was a day case. Although i found it hard sitting in a waiting room most of the day, the staff were fantastic. They were met with people complaining and they managed to handle it very well. The staff were very polite and proffesional. I would also like the thank the surgeon who carried out the operation, he was wonderful wnd very understanding. Also the kind aneasthatist who was very kind and considering i was so nervous put my mind at ease. I myself work for the NHS and have attended Fazakerly hospital on many occasions. I can honestly say I have always found it to be a pleasent axpereince and give all the staff huge credit. Thankyou once again.
