Since February I have had 4 out of 5 appointments cancelled and yet when I rang on Friday they managed to fit me in this week. I am waiting for the results of a biopsy in my mouth and hopefully it is nothing serious as I have had to wait so long. Given a choice I would not go there again. I actually work for the NHS and if we cancelled clients appointments like this we would in real trouble.
