What I liked

Not a lot, because it takes far too long to find out when the next appointment should be, and no one discusses the next treatment.

What could be improved

Keep your patients informed of what the results are and when the next appointment/s should be and what will happen at your next appointment. That way they will not have to phone you (wait for a long time for some one to answer), just to find out that they are on the waiting list for some procedure, which no one has discussed with you.
