Anything else?
The Hospital itself looks shiny and new, as it has been recently refurbished. But this doesn't help at all with the fact that getting an appointment is very hard, and following-up the appointment is even harder. Personally I have had my first appointment at the end of February, to be assessed and I have been referred to other hospitals for further investigations. At the end of all the tests I should have been contacted for a second appointment at the Fracture Clinic. It's been almost three months since my last medical test and I still haven't heard anything from the Fracture Clinic. I have been trying to call, but of course, the line is always busy and there isn't another option for getting in touch. I am not feeling any better and I do not really know how I am going to get a new appointment at this rate. Very disappointing, as otherwise the staff seemed quite approachable (that if you get hold of them).
