I had to have a colposcopy and LLETZ procedure at the clinic on Thursday 6th June and was seen by a doctor and two lovely clinical support workers who explained every aspect of the visit to me clearly and with sensitivity. The team were friendly and treated me with dignity and respect and I found the whole procedure nowhere near as awful as I was expecting. I'd like to thank them all again for their exemplary care.
