"Excellent service, but hard to find"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

- Very calm and understanding sessions

- Felt like 'a chat' more than therapy

- Good that session is 2-way

- Understood that a lot of things a 'normal' reactions

- Friendly therapist

- One downside: location was hard to find - better directions would help

- Overall, excellent service

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. I am really glad you had such a positive experience; we always try to ensure patients are very much involved in their therapy so it is good to know this is how you felt.

I am concerned that you found the venue difficult to find and if you could contact me to let me know which venue this was I will look into how we can improve this.
