I was referred to Inclusion Matters Bootle by my GP, as I was experiencing high levels of anxiety/worries which were out of control. My first session was via phone and then I was sent out an appointment. I was a bit apprehensive at first about therapy has I had it in the past and I did not benefit or learn much from it, but this was different, it was a relaxed atmosphere and my Therapist Ben was so easy to talk to and non-judgemental that I felt comfortable talking about my worries and problems. I was given literature to read at home about problem solving/anxiety to practice and focus on between sessions and anything I didn't understand he would explain it thoroughly. By the end of my sessions I was more in control of my anxiety/worries instead of it being in control of me. This service is ideal for people like myself who find it difficult to talk to family and friends, I would recommend this excellent first class service to anyone suffering alone with anxiety. Many thanks to Ben.
