"TRAQS staff were polite and helpful"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Within 5 days I was offered an appointment to attend a clinic at West Park.

There as no appointment nearer, but help from TRAQS staff was polite and helpful.

We do endeavour to offer patients the first available local appointment, but a high number of patients do choose to travel in order to avoid any delay in being seen by a consultant. I am pleased to note that the service you received from the TRAQS team was of a high standard and met with your approval.
