About: New Stobhill Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I've been attending the Rheumatology clinic at Stobhill Hospital for about 5 years now. Until recently my experiences with the Doctors could have been a lot better. But I have been moved to now see Dr McGregor and I can't thank her enough.

Until recently I've felt very confused by my condition and felt like I wasn't being given all the information I need. Dr McGregor took the time to explain my condition, what all of the blood tests meant, what symptoms I should be looking for and what could happen in the future.

I've gone from feeling confused and even a little scared to feeling a lot more comfortable and confident about my health.

I should also mention how brilliant through nurses are in the Rheumatology clinic. They are always so upbeat and lovely. And always deal very well with my 'disappearing' veins which can make it tricky to take blood.
