(as a service user),

I think this service is very helpful and would like to carry on using this service. You came to see me (Hetty's) in HMP Nottingham and when released from this custodial facility I will most certainly be seeking help with my drug use from this service (Hetty's).

I found the DVD they showed to me very effective and has definitely made me think about how my drug use is effecting other people, for example family members and friends.

I would like to stop taking drugs for good and this service has helped me make this decision because the DVD made me think about how maybe I'm not seeing the effect it has on my family and don't want to put my family through this anymore.

Thank you ever so much for your help and will deffo be in touch when released and if not released within the next month with me been on remand I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I am pleased to hear that the educational session facilitated by Hettys staff has helped you to consider how your previous substance use may have impacted on your family and friends. It is positive to hear that you are going to contact services on release from HMP Nottingham. In the mean time if you require any further information regarding what other Recovery Partnership services can support you prior or on release please feel free to contact your prison officer, as we always leave a wider range of information with them after each session.
