Most of my advocate's have been 'good' and have taken my opinion and challenged this with the doctor.
Advocate's have helped me to put forward my views in a way that 'makes sense' to clinical staff.
Advocate's have helped me compile complaints.
It makes me feel less anxious knowing that someone is on my side and I call them whenever 'I think of things'.
I think everyone should have an advocate.
