What could be improved

My mother was treated poorly. We were given no information and when I called to see how she was I was informed no one knew where she was and I was informed by her care home that she had arrived at 10.30pm the previous night without any discharge information. No one had contacted any family member and we did not speak to any doctor for the week she was there and have no idea what test/treaments she has received. She is 85
