Anything else?
I was transferred from St Mary's to the LGI in Leicester due to the midwives picking up heart rate concerns whilst I was labouring, but transferred back to the St Mary's ward soon after my birth. In the ambulance and during my birth, my midwife from St Marys stayed with me for the whole time to make sure I was ok. The stay I had at ST. Mary's on the ward was second to none and I would highly recommend to others. As a first time mum I was very anxious about breastfeeding and generally taking care of my new-born and they fully helped to support me until I was ready to go home. Faultless service and attitudes from staff, I really would like to have my 2nd child there too.
"an amazing place for birth and aftercare"
