Taken in by ambulance to A&E with burst ulcer early Sunday no waiting excellent in A&E keeper briefed all along moved upto to ward 7a through the night , I experienced top class from staff clearly under pressure , I was kept informed throughout my treatment long waits but got there in the end. Staff showed dedication proffesnal and calm under pressure , My only gripe night nurses left patents unitended to long I was having a transfusion and was left to long as there was a leaks Few nights earlier anorther patient fell out of bed during the night only to be found on the floor by morning staff But this must be the shear work load to high ? The wait for medication is just way to long Why 2to3 hours Over I am happy with Gloucester Royal all given
"Over all I am very happy but could improve on some..."
