We are really sorry to hear that you feel your treatment is being adversely affected by your change of keyworker. Unfortunately, as with any organisation, our staff will relocate from time to time. Please be assured that our workers keeping accurate records of their client's treatment and recovery journey so that there is continuity of care, in the eventuality of a change of keyworker. We fully appreciate that it can be difficult to open up to someone new but their professionalism should ease this process for you. We would encourage you to discuss your thoughts with your new worker to avoid excessive repetition of the information you have already given. You will be aware however, that your Recovery Plan will be reviewed at each session but please be assured that this is to enable you to set goals and chart your progress.
