The Physiotherapy department at Helston hospital offers both self referral as well as GP referral assessments. Each patient that we see, whether through drop in clinic or booked appointment is offered a thorough assessment as deemed appropriate for each individual case. We apologise for any misunderstanding that there might be in your diagnosis. We endeavour to treat each patient on an individual basis considering best evidence based practice. Each patient is given a self management plan incorporating an exercise regime that will be specific to their needs and requirements. We make every effort within our department to act both professionally and considerately with every patient and we apologise for any mis-communication that there may have been with your assessment and treatment.
