To be 100% honest the option of no stars should be available, I have absolutely no idea how this Hospital has any good ratings, we have had 2 personal loses ,1 serious illness and 1 birth, all of which could not of been handled in a worst way, the only way we would use this hospital was if our lives depended on it, because if we where in there they most probaly would, it scares me to know that one day someone else I love will have to pass through their doors.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is a local hospital for local people and we work hard to improve services for all of our patients, their families and carers. Reading your story, it is clear to me that we have not met the high standards we would expect to provide to a member of our own families and that is not acceptable to us and clearly not to you. We are an organisation of people who are striving to do our best and make a difference to the lives of those we serve and are genuinely saddened by the experiences you appear to describe. We are not perfect, but we do seek to learn from our experiences on a day to day basis and so would welcome an opportunity to speak with you and a chance to act on your feedback and to improve.
