What I liked
i have always used mayday hospital for myself and 3 children and now my grand child. i have always found them to be friendly,polite and very helpful. the endoscopy suite staff are fantastic and so friendly, they make you forget about why you are there. the pre-op staff were very good and apponitments were only running 5 minutes late one time and 20 mins early another so very good overall
What could be improved
the accident and emergency units for babies, 5 and half hours wait in all for a 7 month old baby, with upset stomach and a chest infection, plus having to keep running out to top up the meter.
