"I didn't have to wait long ..."

What I liked

I didn't have to wait long for my consultations or for the surgery itself. Moreover, I was treated to a very high standard by the very friendly doctors there.

What could be improved

I had to arrive at 7 am for a 2 pm operation - I was only having an ingrowing toenail out, so it was not complicated nor any general anaesthetic involved. In addition, the only tests they did were height, blood pressure and and temperature, which only takes a couple of minutes. In addition, once the procedure was done, we had to wait 2 hours to get 50 paracetamol tablets and 2 bottles of ibuprofen - I only needed 2 of the paracetamols and could have got them much quicker at home.
