Firstly, I would like to say how I was met by your receptionist in a very polite and professional manner and advised to take a seat in the waiting area. I was then shown into a room by the relevant member of staff and went through the appointment process. I would like to say a big 'thank you' to staff within the Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic for taking the time to talk to me, explain my medications, encourage me to take the appropriate exercise and treat me in the most professional, polite and empathetic manner.
