Anything else?
i arrived for an appointment in the ENT clinic C. firstly the receptionist was very polite and she was the only person who treated me nicely!! they lost my file and had no idea who i was.. the consultant i saw was ignorant and very UN-sympathetic. would not recommend going there for treatments if you have a choice.
