I had my pre ops on the 30th may 2013' I have to say after going there 5 years ago before another opration I was not looking forward to it,, but I could not have been more surprised, there was nothing I could have faulted, the efficiency cleanliness friendliness , everything was so well organised, it has elevated some of my fears to have my knee replacement on June 24th, thank you all from receptionists , nurses , ot, drs and surgeon , I hope my next step the operation will go as well, please pass my thanks to the pre assessment dept .
