I was admitted as a day patient for a liver biopsy and I wanted to say how impressed I was by the care and attention that I received. The ward (Christopher Booth) was spotless, the staff were outstanding in the level of care given to me and the other patients. The food was of a high standard and served hot. I cannot fault any part of my care. As a day patient I realise that you are fitted in between other procedures but the waiting around was boring and thankfully I had taken a book but even for me, 11 hours reading was a little much even for me.
