My husband was admitted on a Saturday morning with a heart attack. I can't thank everyone enough who were involved with his care, from the ambulance teams who arrived at home, the A&E staff, the cardiac surgeons, all the staff in ICU who cared for him throughout! Every department did their job magnificently and if it wasn't for you all, xxxxx would not be with us today - a very big thank you.
